Keyboard and mouse

Hi

I have a wireless mouse and keyboard and everytime I now go in to zoom I am unable to type a word with out having to click on the text box 3 or 4 times.

the keyboard and mouse work ok on everything else but zoom

can someone please suggest a solution -- i have already tried a wired keyboard & mouse and that does the same?

I have the same problem with my wireless Dell keyboard and wireless Dell mouse during Zoom calls, and for a short time afterwards (5-15 minutes).

My Dell PC has the latest Windows 11 version 23H2, OS build 22631.3593, and the latest Zoom version: 6.0.4 (38135), on a 64-bit operating system with 16.0GB of RAM.

It's been like this for about a year now.

Not much point posting here, the company never reads these messages. It just hopes that the "community" will solve the problem.
