Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

When I try to join a meeting, I get my personal meeting and not the outside meaning.

Make that " outside meeting". Sorry.

I don't know if this is what you do, but:

"new meeting'' will open your personal meeting by default.

"join'' will ask you which meeting you want to join.
