I have a reoccurring meeting with someone, which shows up on my calendar with the Zoom link, but does not show up on my Zoom when I log in. Is there a way to see previous meetings and change it to reoccurring in Zoom (since it looks like I didn't)?

In the Zoom web portal, you can go to the Meetings page and then switch to the Previous tab to see meetings that you hosted in the past, but are still active on your account. When you find the meeting, you should be able to edit it and change it to recurring.
The only reason you may not find that exact meeting, is that you scheduled the meeting with your Personal Meeting ID. If that's the case, the exact meeting you scheduled with that ID will be missing, but overall its fine, as your PMI is already recurring.
