I just did a 90 minute meeting which I recorded and as I waited for the file to finish completion afterwards your company, Zoom, decided to completely crash on me and all information has been lost. I'm honestly quite f'ing irate. I'm on a laptop which is pretty new, so there was no reason for this to occur

We are sorry to hear that your Zoom app crashed while you're converting your recording. For further assistance, please create a ticket with our Support team using this link.
