Intermittent Issue: Zoom Desktop App Silent During Incoming Calls (No Ringing Sounds)

At our company, we use MacBook Pros. Some have Catalina, some have Monterey, and some have Ventura. After updating Zoom to version 5.16.10, we noticed an intermittent issue—calls sometimes have no ringing sound. It's frustrating for users who miss calls due to this problem. Has anyone experienced this problem, and is there a solution? Thanks.

Is that a problem that happens with every meeting for certain people? Or is it random?

If you have someone who is facing this problem with every/most meetings, then maybe try uninstalling and cleaning Zoom installation, and then reinstall the app. See if that helps.
