Assuming everyone is participating in the meeting through a version that supports Immersive View, everyone should see it the same view and order of participants.

Hi NicoleG,

 

Everyone in the meeting can see the Immersive View once started by the host; however, this does require a minimum version of the Zoom software (5.6.3). For more information on the Immersive View, please click here.
