On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I think someone is on my account because I have another person using my account with a different name. HELP!  I have had this account for almost 5 years and I go to 2 meeting every day.  I'm overwhelmed by Zoom's technical terms.  I called up Zoom and Zoom instructs me to do 2 numbers from my account, and I did that.  They said they could NOT find my account!  Please, can someone help me?  I have the latest update for Zoom although I have an old MAC OS computor.

I don't fully get all the details and what you meant by "I have another person using my account with a different name."... But anyway - if you are an account owner, then just simply change you password to something new.

If you have an account with paid license (Pro or higher), then you will have access to security settings:

I'd advise checking if "One-Time Passcode Authentication" is Enabled.
