I need help enable video quality in Group video HD

I don't know  support contact zoom. I can't ask they enable it in my acount.

I want enable Group video HD.  I ticked Group video HD in my Account but Video quality not full HD. I think I didn't connected support team to they enable it. I want Support team enbale it in my account.
