I lost my previous recordings And I need it,

I used to have a monthly subscription, but now I don't

Is this the cause of the problem?

How do I get my recordings back?

it was on Cloud recordings via Zoom online

He Swedan, Thank you for posting in the Zoom Community.  Have you opened a support case for this?  If not, please use the link below to open a web ticket with the Zoom Technical Support Team.  Our support team member should be able to direct you and retrieve your recordings.
