I cannot view shared screens from other participants

Hello,  I've been using Zoom for quite some time and have never experienced any sharing problems.  Two days ago, I've lost the ability to view shared screens from other participants on my desktop.  I can successfully share my screen.  

 

I do not experience this issue on my other devices, Ipad, iphone, etc.

 

I appreciate any feedback or suggestions.  Thank you!
