I cannot get my studio effects to

At one time I was offered studio effects but declined it because I didn't realize I would be using them. Now I am unable to get them back. Can someone help me?

Hey, have you checked in the desktop app? Click on your profile picture or avatar on the top right >> go to settings >> go to Backgrounds & Filters >> click on Studio Effects in the bottom right.
