My Zoom always worked fine. Using iMac. Last Monday I went onto my usual self-help meeting and everything appeared normal to me. I could see my video and hear myself. Others said that they could hear me but could not see me. My video was definitely on.
I used the "uninstall zoom" feature. Downloaded Zoom onto my computer again...and still no change.
I can see and hear active video on my end....others cannot see me or i am frozen.
My internet connection is hardwired. Very strong and working fine in all my other usage.
I am at a loss as to what to try next.
