I can not hear when on zoom calls

I can not hear when on zoom calls however they can hear me when I wear an ear piece.

Please help

on the audio button are test your audio.

You can change the options for what is your microphone and earphone and test whether you can hear and be heard.

Nope did not work I need to be able to hear the zoom meetings....they can hear me but I can not hear them
