I am not able to see the other member of my meeting once I open another website.

I am taking music lessons with someone via zoom.  This platform is new to me.  When the instructor has me open another website to play a music sample, I can no longer see him.  I can hear him however.  How do I resolve this.

I am using a Mac running the Ventura OS.
