Hybrid Mic Setup

I will be starting meetings with 5 presenters in person, 2 presenters on zoom,  20 in person attendees, 30 attendees on zoom.  I could use some help sorting out the mic situation so those on zoom can hear the in-person presenters.

Do you do professional audio or audio related things as part of your career?

If not, discuss AEC,  and mix minus with someone who knows about this sort of topic.

Open mics, mixing levels, PA systems and hybrid will be a challenge for audio feedback.

Does the room have a DSP?

Connect to Projector and room audio.
Turn off screen mirroring.
The presenter should ideally be the one hosting the Zoom Meeting and sharing the presentation materials. ...
Arrange displays so that Presenter/Zoom view is on the computer screen and the view of the participants is on the Projector screen
