How to sync participant without email Id with our database

Old Application we use the third-party web conferencing system, where users join with a unique user id (Roll No),  So we get all the information related to users like Join Meeting, Start time, End Time, How much time spent in the one meeting,  Attendance details  etc.

But In Zoom we can't map our users after completing meeting session using web API,

So how can we map by user id (Roll No)  with join participant?
