How to show Zoom timer in each participants' window when they are speaking?

I run a regular Zoom meeting with a bunch of participants, each having 15 minutes to speak. I use the Zoom timer, but it only appears in my (the host) window. I'd like it to be in the window of whoever's turn it is to speak.

Is there a way to do this?

I would love this option was well! We frequently host webinars with public comment periods, and have not yet found an effective timer. The timer in the webinar host window is too easily missed.
