How to share an online video clip during a meeting

I will be hosting a series of classes, and each class is to begin with a short video from a website we subscribe to. How do I share the video clip? Thank you.

Since you are sharing a video, make sure to enable the Share sound and Optimize for video clip options so that your students can hear the video and the video will play smoothly. Just be sure to disable those before continuing on beyond the video, as it can have a negative affect on static text or images.
