How to share a video with no music and music from Spotify at the same time?

Hi! In the past we were able to share a video with no music, and play music from Spotify. Participants were able to see the video and listen to the music played on Spotify at the same time. Now, for some reason when we do that, participants cannot hear the music.

Any thoughts?
