Not sure if I understand your question, but you can literally share the screen of your Spotify playlist in the web browser...

Adding to @anissat's re:, but @Soul-Freediver if you have the Zoom client downloaded from https://zoom.us/download, you have the ability to share screen --> either Spotify the application or your desktop and share sound.
