How to make zoom so that only the speaker is visible in the recording, and the participant asking the question with his voice remains hidden, but his voice will only be heard

Set your view to speaker view.  Hover over the speaker you want, click the three dots, click pin participant.  OR while still keeping your view as host on speaker view, click participants at the bottom.  That will pop out in a list order everyone in the meeting, and then follow the same steps with the person you want to focus on.
