How to lower Zoom resolution in settings

Hi, is there a way to lower the resolution of Zoom other than turning off HD? I'm using a laptop and the app. I can't afford to use 1 GB or more of data for every meeting. Is there a way to lower the resolution?

Thanks

Most users even with HD on are only sendiing 360P for their webcam video. However, switching HD off will save bandwidth in both directions and you most likely will not see the difference on a laptop screen.

While a session is running with multiple participants you can go to settings > statistics and select the video tab to see the actual resolution you are sending and receiving. If you don't need to use your webcam switching video off will save some bandwidth, which you can also see in the statistics overall tab.

If this works please click accept as a solution.
