How to download a complete file including sign language and captioning

Dear Zoom community,

I have multiple recordings which include sign language interpretation and live captioning which are visible within the recordings in my Zoom account. However, when I download they do not appear. Any help much appreciated.

Also sorry if I have not been very clear here - I can download the separate video file for sign language interpretation and for the transcript but would like to have the complete file which contains all of these in a single video (as it appears in my Zoom account under recordings with options to show sign language/captioning).
