How to check if I have a valid license for larger meetings

I have purchased a one-month license for larger meetings (500). When I check my user profile it says that capacity is the normal 100. How do I ensure  I can host a larger meeting than 100 participants. I need to be 100% sure.

Hi @Sukututkijat

After having purchased the Large Meeting Add-on, you will need to assign it to yourself (to your actually profile). Or - assign it to right right sub-user, if you have multiple users on your account.

Since your Zoom account can accommodate multiple users, Zoom does not make an assumption who you want to assign the license to - even if you are the only user.

Try "Editing" your user profile under the link below and you should be able to allocate the Add-On you have purchased.

Hope this helps.

I've done that and it says it's assigned to my account, but it still shows 100 in my account profile., This is a huge issue as I have a large meeting coming up next week.

Any advice?
