Dear experts,
We are using SSO and synchronized our AD users from on-premises domain. Normally we added users into a certain group then it should be synchronized into zoom with license.
Is there official document mentioning how long this synchronization takes? And any way we can manually trigger it to be in-sync?
Thanks in advance.

eavenhuang32,
Sorry for the delay in responding. I am assuming you are syncing to Azure, which runs the sync on their end every 45 minutes (and I do not believe it is configurable), and requires that you turn on SCIM for provisioning. To manually run the provisioning step, you can go into Azure > Enterprise Applications > Zoom > Provisioning and there is an option to Run Now.
