How do i set 2 zoom sessions in parallel?

This is not possible on Basic or Pro accounts.

Only Business accounts and above can Host two meets simultaneously.

Have you tried using Breakout Rooms?  Each breakout room is like a separate meeting, but with a single main room that everybody initially enters, and they can then move themselves into whichever meeting they want.

Breakout Rooms need to be enabled in your settings, if you are going to host the meeting.
