How do I unlock Allow livestreaming of meetings?

The process for each destination point is pretty similar, but there are differences. Since you have a paid (Licensed) account, you should be able to unlock with these instructions taken from the Facebook article:

To enable livestreaming meetings that you host on Facebook:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Settings. 
3. Click the Meeting tab.
4. Under In Meeting (Advanced), verify that Allow livestreaming of meetings is enabled.
5. Select the Facebook check box.
6. Click Save to save the changes.
   Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level, and you will need to contact your Zoom administrator to make changes.
