How do I move my recorded zoom file to my hard drive???

I'm assuming your recording is in the Zoom cloud?  If so, then go to Recordings, locate your recorded session and you'll notice over to the right a "3-dot" icon. Clicking on this will give you the option to download the files.  You'll get several different types of files, including an audio only.  I think you can also use the checkbox feature (to the left of each video session) and then download that way.  Personal tip, I wouldn't download too many sessions at once!
