Hello @DaleInAustin,
Only a host can end the meeting, but you can allow a co-host to be the host of the meeting by clicking on the participants button > select the participant that you want to be the host > click more > click assign host. They must be a licensed member of Zoom to receive host controls.

Thank you Brandon! I am hoping for a way for the Co-host to end the meeting, because we have two levels of trust in our group - one for Hosts and one for Co-hosts, and I am trying not to break that model. If you are certain that there is no way for a Co-host to end a meeting, it isn't a huge problem, we just have to rethink how we manage trust and responsibilities.
