If I choose to record to computer, I know how to choose where it goes.
However, I seem to have no choice at all where cloud recordings download to. They always go to my "Downloads" folder, which is a pain.
Are there any workarounds that don't involve the browser? (I assume it's because the browser defaults to my Downloads folder, but I don't see a way in Chrome to change that just for one site.)

This is a function of your web browser – not Zoom. Each web browser has a setting for where downloaded files are stored. See the documentation for your browser on how to change this.
I doubt there’s a way to do it for just one site.
