Can I schedule a meeting even though I will not personally be available to attend?

Hi, @LSC1,

It is possible. You must set Join before Host 15 minutes (or less), include a Passcode, and disable the Waiting Room.  With this in place, attendees can join the meeting without the presence of a host.

If someone needs to be Host, there is something called Host Key that could permit that. Here’s a Zoom Support article on Host Key – it’s a bit technical, so let me know if you need some addition guidance:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/205172555-Using-your-host-key

Note that Host Key is not available for Basic accounts.
