Hi IN my desktop there is no virtual background video only image why is that

To add or change your virtual background during a meeting, click on the upward arrow (^) next to Start/Stop Video. Click Choose Virtual Background, and select any of your backgrounds. If you do not have this option, let us know and add a screenshot if possible. Thank you!

I don't have the option to choose a virtual video background anymore, just blur. It has disappeared from  the desktop,.
