Help Needed: Improving Blurry Video Quality in Zoom Cloud Recordings

Hi everyone,

We are currently using LearnWorlds for our e-learning platform and upload our recorded sessions directly to the Zoom Cloud. Despite recording in 1080p, the video quality often appears blurry and pixelated across various devices.

Here are the main issues we are facing:

  • Blurry and pixelated replay sessions, even though they are recorded in 1080p.
  • No option for learners to adjust video quality in the video player settings on LearnWorlds.
  • Considering using a DSLR camera for recording sessions to improve clarity.

Can anyone provide advice on how to enhance the video quality? Are there specific settings or best practices we should follow when recording and uploading videos to Zoom Cloud?

Thank you for your help!

Best regards,
Désirée
