Google Workspace Add-On "Conferencing solutions can't be loaded."

Hi there -- 

 

I'm an admin at my company and we have the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on enabled for all of our users. Recently, some but not all of my team has started to get the error message "Conferencing solutions can't be loaded" when trying to use the add-on to schedule a Zoom meeting. 

 

Has anyone ever had this issue/have a solution?

 

Since the add-on is managed on an admin level, the users do not have the option of uninstalling and reinstalling. And I'd love to keep my staff from having to get set up again by disabling and reenabling it for the whole org.

Did you ever figure this out? It has just started happening to one of my users after an Zoom update and cant find anything on how fix it.
