Getting on Zoom

My attendees had the same link and password, yet some of them could get on while others couldn't. Why?

Hi @ytoney thanks for your question on the Zoom Community! Would you happen to have an error message or a point in time where some users had an issue?  Also, were all of the users part of your company or were some external users?
