Garbled audio, Zoom from VMix from Blackmagic Design from Canon camera

Dear Zoom expert,
I get garbled audio for Zoom conferencing, but clear audio with youtube. Here is my equipment description:
Windows 10 on a desktop computer from Lenovo
Device name DESKTOP-3PBA278
Processor AMD A12-9800 RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G 3.80 GHz
Installed RAM 12.0 GB (11.4 GB usable)
Device ID A5C2D0F7-E289-4B60-9FCD-4D5FA1D69536
Product ID 00325-80117-21309-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display
A BOARD is installed: Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro 4K (capture board)
A Canon video camera Vixia HFR80 HD goes to the BOARD with an HDMI cable
The camera has the microphone input from a
Yamaha MG06 mic mixer for Shure Beta 58A microphone
VMix Basic HD software (version x64) gets the video from the BOARD
Headphones are used for me to hear the Zoom conference, so there is no feedback
This hardware and software worked perfectly for all of my youtube Live videos:
Zoom ($159 paid)has given garbled audio in three types of tests:
1 Zoom conference that I recorded: audio is unitelligible, gargling sound scattering of frequencies and timings of packets.
2 Zoom conference to University of Washington conference: moderator immediately rejected my garbled audio as useless.
3 My Zoom on my PC to Zoom on an Amazon Fire tablet in my house. Garbled, like the (1) recording.
Please correct your defective Zoom product, or tell me how to fix it. I do not want a laptop with a microphone 1 inch from the camera. I want a microphone 1 inch from my mouth and a camera 5 feet from my mouth. That gives a picture of my nose as a reasonanble size. If I get 1 inch from the camera to get a good microphone result, my nose is too big. Is Zoom company going to fix the defective software? Does Zoom disallow VMix or BlackMagic capture boards?
