I am hosting meetings using an HP 250 G9 Notebook and a Meeting OWL Video Conference Camera. The computer and OWL have been updated to the latest versions. Under Audio settings I have turned the volume of the microphone up to maximum, unchecked "Automatically adjust microphone volume", and set Zoom background noise removal to "Low". "Original sound for musicians" and "Live performance audio" are both unchecked.
Audio for the remote users is garbled; it is difficult to understand what someone in the meeting area is saying. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did you ever make progress on this? I'm dealing with the same problem, although I haven't check for software updates which I will do tomorrow. I will also check all those settings you mentioned.

have you done the test speaker and microphone in Zoom? you can get to it under settings. does that sound garbled just playing back to you? if its only garbled inside a zoom meeting to the remote participants it could be something else. What is your network connection, wired or wifi? wired is best to get full duplex. I would also set all the Zoom audio settings to auto first and do audio tests. with that open mic in a room you will need Zooms audio processing.
