Gallery View

I have a new IMAC and gallery view was not an option....I saw that others have this issue if they go through the browser and not the app?  Can anyone confirm this?  Hosting a meeting without gallery view was horrible!  If anyone know how to fix this in meeting I'd appreciate any info!!!

@JN1 There are some specific requirements for gallery view to work.  The support article referenced below should give you the answers you are looking for.  If you did meet the requirements then we will need to check further on why this would have happened.

gallery view worked when I accessed thru app!
