Freezing, garbled & delayed

I’ve updated Zoom, have the latest hardware, tried several locations, always auto update my computer & STILL have freezing, delayed & garbled speech.  Any suggestions?

Best to use an ethernet connection instead of WiFi. For PCs best to use a minimum i7 with 16GBs of RAM. Best to have a high speed internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbs upstream measured using openspeedtest.com.
