Forget to stop recording before leaving the meeting - Recording lost ?

Dear Zoom Community,

its maybe a dump question, but im a beginner when it comes to zoom. I had an online meeting today that I joined via the desktop version. I started recording during the meeting with the host's permission. At the end of the meeting, I forgot to stop the recording and simply left the room. At about the same moment, the host also left the room. Does this mean that the recording has been lost? Because I can't see a recording either in my folder on the PC or in the cloud. Or can I somehow still access the recording? I was also a bit surprised that my online Zoom account did not show the previous meeting I attended. I thought I could see all my meeting participation there.

I just had this happen to me too. Is anyone aware of how to retrieve the recording in this case? Please help! I desperately need the recording.
