Flickering window Debian 12 Linux ThinkPad

I have been experiencing a glitch in my zoom meetings. The window, not the camera output, and not during screensharing but generally.

This involves glitched-out black 'tears' through the window during a call or waiting for the meeting to start.

I noticed a similar error with Chrome on this ThinkPad. I solved that problem by turning off hardware acceleration, but can't find a similar option for the Linux version of Zoom!

Wondering if anyone else has seen this problem and if they were able to solve it!
