Flickering of zoom screen if someone join my meeting on my Dell Laptop

Hi, I m using Zoom for past few years but since last 2 weeks i am facing a problem.

When anyone joing my zoom meeting on my dell laptop, their screens start flickering so its very difficut to focus while discussion.

I have unstalled the zoom app and reinstalled also but the same issue is still continued.

Would appreciate if anyone helps me to get the solution for the same.

Hi, did you maybe update your Zoom client around when this started to happen, or anything else on your Dell laptop, for instance a screen driver or any Windows updates?
