I recorded a Zoom meeting on Galaxy S9.  Does anyone know where I might find the recording?

Hello,

If you sign in to your Zoom account on a web browser, you can go to "recordings" on the left hand side to access your cloud recordings. At the moment, they aren't accessible via desktop or mobile app.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Recordings. Click the Local Recordings tab. This will display the meeting topic, meeting ID, date and time, computer name, and file path for the recording.

Hope it helps

I am trying to locate cloud recordings on my iphone. I've downloaded the Zoom mobile app, but there is no Recordings option. I've also logged into Zoom via web browser on my phone, but again, there's no Recordings option. Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance!

Hello @Selena2-23,

Welcome to the Zoom Community, and I'm sorry for the late response.

To locate a
cloud recording on a mobile device:

  • Open the Zoom app on your mobile device.
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Tap on the Meetings tab.
  • Select the Recorded section.
  • Cloud recordings will be listed here; tap on the desired recording to view or share it.

Note: Cloud recordings are only available if your account has cloud recording enabled. Local recordings are not accessible from mobile devices.

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

There is no “recorded” section in the iPad app.  When I tap on “meetings,” all I see is a list of upcoming meetings.
