Feature Request: Meeting option — allow unmute only when hand is raised

I suggest adding a new optional meeting setting for hosts: “Allow participants to unmute only when their hand is raised.”

Purpose:
In long meetings, participants often unmute accidentally (by shortcut or misclick), which interrupts the speaker with background noise. With this setting enabled, participants would only be able to unmute after clicking “Raise Hand.”

Benefits:

• Reduces accidental microphone activations.

• Keeps focus on the speaker during large or long sessions.

• Gives hosts better control over meeting flow.
