Feature Request - Allow Participants to restrict/prevent recording and/or note taking in meetings

Product: Zoom Meetings

Feature details:

Please enable the ability for PARTICIPANTS of Zoom meetings to prevent recording and/or note taking in meetings that they are in. There are certain sensitive accounts (e.g. HR, CEO, etc) that wish to prevent recording at all times for security and privacy reasons. Zoom currently only allows the host to control this, but there should be a setting for participants to disallow this as well.

Note, Google Meet has such a setting (via Admin controls).
