Facing issue with background

Hi.

 

 

I have been using Zoom since covid-19 for my meetings. I recently started having trouble with the background on my iPhone SE 2020.

It started happening 3-4 days ago when I updated the app to the latest version 5.11.10.

Sometimes the background image looks good but sometimes it is terribly bad 😭

I have an iPhone SE 2023--2nd gen--and background just freezes and won't go forward or back--using Zoom 5.16.10 ---

Hey @kamryn96 @TripleH seeing that iPhone 8, 8+, X, or newer models have access to Virtual Backgrounds. As of today (2/13/23) Version 5.17.5 is the latest version in the App Store https://apps.apple.com/us/app/zoom-one-platform-to-connect/id546505307

 

Attempt to update Zoom and *Swipe up* on the app's preview to close ALL apps expect for Zoom if other apps are running in the background that maybe utilizing your iPhones resources. 

 

Report back to see if that helps using Zoom virtual backgrounds on iOS.
