Experiences for Live streaming

I will hold  an important live streaming for my colleagues, and I met some issues

1. how to exchange the camera to PPT smoothly? current will show sb is sharing the contents from screen 

2. how to get high resolutions for ZOONM clients ,current I found the recorded file only 640*480

do you know how to solve it or do you have any experiences to improve the quality of Live streaming?

If you are on a Paid account, I would suggest requesting HD access from Zoom. Then cut between your camera feed and presentation in a software-switcher, like OBS - and then don't use Screen Share at all.
