Hey, @Chris12,

You might know that you can only change the PMI if you are on a paid licensed account. For reference, see this Zoom Support article:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362843-Personal-meeting-ID-PMI-and-personal-link

To exchange PMI IDs between two accounts, you’d probably need to make a three-way swap. Note there is a slight risk in doing this of losing one or more of them, but this is the only way I know to do it:

  1. Log into Account A on the web.
  2. Note the PMI ID if Account A.
  3. Change Account A to another random PMI ID. We have to “free up” the Account A PMI.
  4. Log into Account B.
  5. Note the PMI ID of Account B.
  6. Change Account B’s PMI to one one noted previously for Account A.
  7. Log back into Account A.
  8. Change Account A’s PMI to one one noted previously for Account B.

This “swap values” process is a common one in computer programming. Hopefully this makes sense for you.
