Error message when trying to share powerpoint as virtual background

Hi.
I am trying to share PowerPoint as virtual background, but I keep getting the following error message:

"Can't find \PPTConvertImgs.vbs. Make sure that you spelled the name correctly, and try again"

I have attempted with several PPT-files from various different file locations. I have also made sure that I meet the prerequisites for sharing slides and using virtual background.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

@paulsenuib , there might be some sort of file corruption with Zoom connecting to the powerpoint hence Zoom is not detecting the powerpoint as virtual background.

To resolve file corruption issues, kindly uninstall the Zoom client and reinstall it then check again if you are still having issues.

If you have a Mac -  try uninstalling Zoom by using their uninstall file instead of putting the Application in the trash.

You can do this by going to Applications -> right clicking on zoom.us -> Show package contents -> open Contents -> open Frameworks -> use the ZoomUninstaller file.

After this, try to reinstall Zoom again.

Hello again. The solution worked the first time, but now the same error message is popping up again, only now the reinstall procedure doesn't work. Do you have any other suggestions?

I would suggest that you log a problem with Zoom Support at
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

so support team can further check on your issue.
