to help me to diagnose the issue, i need some basic information.
what device are you using? for example, i am using windows 11 on a dell desktop pc. i also use my iphone 14 pro max running ios 16.2.
what zoom client are you using? for example, i am using zoom windows client 5.13.4 on my dell pc. i use
zoom client - one platform to connect version 5.13.3 for my iphone.

I'm using Windows 11 Home on an Aspire A114-33 laptop. I'm using Zoom Windows client 5.13.3(11494) to connect with remote family and friends. It was working fine until I did an update but now will not allow me to schedule a meeting.

try updating your windows client to 5.13.4. please let me know if that works.
if that does solve the issue, you can completely remove the windows client using cleanzoom. restart your laptop, install windows client 5.13.4.
